Wedding and Event Management
Full Planning
This level of service includes, planning, management and coordination and starts at contract signing
- Client planning sessions
- Assisting with venue and vendor selection (suggestions), vendor referrals, contract review and negotiation, Follow up with vendors once secured
- Attendance at venue and vendor meetings per availability
- Assist with photography and musical selections if requested
- Budget management
- Create and assist with ceremony, cocktail hour and reception location layout
- Oversee and conduct Wedding rehearsal (1.5 hrs.)
- Create and oversee Wedding Day Timeline
- Select emails to all wedding participants with detailed timeline and activities for wedding rehearsal and wedding day
- Arrange and lead vendor walk-through, schedule load-in and pickup times with vendors
- Wedding day Coordination (up to 3 assistants if needed)
- Coordination and oversee reception activities
Starts at $3975
Partial Planning
This level of planning starts 60-90 days prior to the wedding day. It includes limited planning and management, but full wedding coordination.
Includes all of the services of Full Planning with the exception of the following:
- Budget management
- Vendor referrals (referrals limited)
- Assist with Venue selection
- Attendance at previously selected vendor meetings
- Client planning sessions (Limited to 2 face to face sessions)

Month of Planning and Coordination
"Wedding Day Management"
This level of service starts 30 days prior to the wedding day and includes limited management and full coordination
- Immediate email and phone support
- Initial meeting and venue walk-through meeting
- Oversee Wedding rehearsal (1.5 hrs.)
- Create and oversee Wedding Day Timeline
- Up to (2) emails to all wedding participants with detailed timeline and activities for wedding rehearsal and wedding day
- Arrange and lead vendor walk- through, schedule load-in and pickup times with vendors
- Wedding day Coordination (up to 2 assistants if needed)
- Coordination and oversee reception activities
- Specialty items to be packed up and placed into car
